About Us

Improving the Health & Wellbeing of our Population

Primary Care Networks (PCN's) have been introduced by the NHS to bring local practices together to work together at a larger scale. By doing so it is hoped that practices can better support one another and come together to deliver new and innovative services.

Warwickshire East PCN brings together 5 fantastic practices who have come together as an innovative, patient-focused group. It is our intention to deliver new and innovative services to our patients, with the intention of improving the health and wellbeing of our local population.

We have been busy with lots of projects ongoing at present, and plenty more to come in the pipeline.

Our PCN member practices include; Southam Surgery, St Wulfstan Surgery, Kineton Surgery, Harbury Surgery, Fenny Compton Surgery
